Because of discrepancies between elevations and mechanical shafts, at the implementation stage, some reinforced concrete beams required the holes to be drilled for mechanical needs. In this scope, the design was developed first, and then beam strengthening was performed using carbon fiber polymers (CFRP) by OTS.
