Safety level detection and confirmation of conformance with current earthquake requirements was requested before reopening the hospital building with added mechanical equipments. The building itself was constructed in accordance with the 1998 regulations. Actual structures and actual project relevance was checked on site survey, concrete quality was evaluated and performance analysis was conducted based on the results and with regard to current regulations.
