The Mosque Design Contest Project organized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, required for design of a worship building with various side functions. The concept of "rotation" was accepted as the general line of the design, taking into account the function of a children center at the approach of the design. Rotation, starting with going around Kaaba and finishing with rotation of the Earth and planets around the Sun that forms the main idea of rotation in the religion, was reflected in structures and landscapes of the mosque complex. Water elements in the passageways between main structures provided aesthetics to the landscape and reflected the idea of "walking on water".

The project consists of 8 separate units with the indoor area of 3500 m² and total area of 10 500 m².
