The structure was designed for Turkish Swimming Federation to facilitate national athletes at high altitudes. OTS developed structural design of the building combining the swimming pool and technical units with approximately 53 m spanned steel trusses leaning on a two-story reinforced concrete frame with the total indoor area of 7500 m².
